Mary Addison Hackett is a painter living and working in Los Angeles, California. She holds an MFA in Studio Arts from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a BFA in Painting from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. In addition to solo exhibitions at Kristi Engle Gallery in Los Angeles  and TAG art gallery in Nashville, her work has been published in New American Paintings  and she has exhibited in numerous group exhibitions in the United States and abroad, including N.A.M.E. Gallery (Chicago, IL), The Irvine Fine Arts Center (Irvine, CA), and The  Amelia Museum of Archeology (Umbria, Italy). Hackett’s videos have screened at film festivals including The Independent Prague Film Festival, (Prague, Czech Republic), The Euro Underground Film Festival (Krakow Poland), The Aurora Picture Show (Houston, TX), and The New York Underground Film Festival (New York, NY).
